Derbylicious uses the US Postal Service for all shipments.
We typically send orders out within 24-72 hours of placement, unless any ordered items are "Back Ordered" or are a custom made piece (like the ID Necklaces).
You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been released to the USPS. For US orders, shipments typically arrive within 2-4 days (depending on distance) after being dropped off at the post office. International orders are shipped via the USPS, then transferred to your countries Postal Service. US Customs will likely hold up your package for a few days making the actual shipping time extend from 7-14 days from the time they are dropped off with the USPS.

Return/Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the order date.
You must email us at Returns@Derbylicious.com for authorization (within 30 days) before you send anything back.
You can return unworn, unused clothing, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you.
If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges.
We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us with deliver confirmation.
Please allow 3-7 business days after our receipt of your return for the refund or exchange to be processed.
